Sarah is a registered nurse and proud member of the local community, raising her family along the serene shores of Burley Lagoon. Her love for cozy, inviting spaces and her commitment to a healthy home inspired her to create Burley Lagoon Candle Co. — an all-natural candle line crafted with care and intention. Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Sarah has always felt connected to nature and the sea. Now settled in the Pacific Northwest, she draws daily inspiration from the tranquil beauty of the Burley Lagoon and the wildlife that call it home — especially the graceful Canadian Geese that inspired the company’s logo.
